It has been confirmed that Bae Yong Joon went abroad and has been traveling around the States for fifteen days..

Bae Yong Joon is working on his schedule while traveling the States including San Francisco. It has been known that he is working on another future plan while filming the CF and pictorial. His agent, Keyeast said, “He will stay in the States until the end of July. Because his personal matters are also included in the itinerary other than his official activities, it is making his trip longer.”

Bae Yong Joon plans to visit Hawaii while staying in the States. Ironically, The Wonder Girls will have a concert on the 16th and 17th. That’s why there is a careful speculation that he might go to their concert.

His agent Keyeast collaborated with the Wonder Girls’ agent JYP Entertainment for the drama ‘Dream High’. So, the rumor that he might attend the concert to work with Park Jin Young in full scale is persuasive. Someone related to the entertainment industry said, “He went to the Park Jin Young’s concert even before he made an announcement that he would work with PYJ. It’s a part where his detailed character stands out as a businessman. It looks like he will draw the blue print that Keyeast will pursue in the future while he stays in the States for one month.”

His agent is in a cautious position. On the 15th, in a phone conversation with someone related to Keyeast, he/she talked carefully by saying, “He has been in San Francisco until recently. I need to check again whether he went to Hawaii or not. I can’t release any information now about the kind of filming that was processed.”

Earlier last week, an estimated 30 fans were injured on set during the recording for the animated version of Winter Sonata. Hallyu star Bae Yong Joon was present during the recording but was not injured.

The kind actor paid a visit to the hospitals where the injured fans were taken to shortly after the incident. A representative from his agency stated, “Bae Yong Joon went to four hospitals around the Gangneung area and expressed his regret to his fans. He personally met them all, apologizing for the incident and hoping that they would recover quickly. Our company will work hard to help these fans recover well.”

No wonder fans love this guy! He’s got a heart of gold and he’s a sey actor. Here’s hoping for a speedy recovery for all those injured on the set.

Here in Winter Sonata country, who have not watched the drama serial which shot Korean eye candy Bae Yong Joon to regional fame.

At Yongpyong Ski Resort where , reminders of the hit serial were everywhere: 1,450m above sea level was the fireplace in the cafe where Bae's character and his love interest had an important meeting; out on the snow covered peak was another rendezvous point; a restaurant at the foot of the mountain below was yet another.

It was be bemused. But seriously, South Korea has a lot more to offer than Winter Sonata or Jewel in the Palace.

By spent five relaxing days on the island of Jeju before touring Seoul and its surrounding attractions on the Korean Peninsula. Not having been to South Korea before, not knowing the language and not having had time to plan our itinerary, booking a tour turned out to be the best decision we could have made.

Jeju was a delightful surprise with its rich cultural and geographical heritage. Jusangjeolli Cliffs - also known as God's Sculptures - was an awesome sight. These were formed when cooling lava flowing down from Mount Halla cracked and contracted on contact with the cold waters of the sea. Stretching for 2km along the southern part of Jeju, the hexagonal shapes of its vertical columns are still clearly visible despite centuries of weathering by wind and sea.

Jusangjeolli was also unforgettable for its awesome feats of the human kind. We met a Haenyo and had the freshest abalone and other shellfish sashimi we've ever tasted here.

Haenyo are women who dive for abalone, sea cucumbers, sea urchins, conch and other shellfish. Descendants of a long line of women who have been diving for shellfish for hundreds of years, they are literally a human scuba tank. With nothing more than a single breath of air, these incredible women descend to depths of 20m for three to five minutes at a time for their harvest from the sea.

Tour guide will said: "You say you are cold? These women dive even in the coldest of winters. After a few hours, they come to land, have a swig of wine from a flask, and back they go again. Theirs is a very tough life."

Another volcanic-inspired natural monument, Seongsan Ilchubong or Sunrise Peak, was so named because this eastern tip of Jeju is the first on the island to greet the sun each new day.

Winter Sonata. My Memory

A robust hour plus hike brings you to the peak, a huge volcanic crater. As a treat, stop at the little kiosk at the almost-halfway-point where ice-cream and other snacks are sold, along with hot coffee/tea from two vending machines. Our tour route was such we missed the sunrise but the gentle sunset made up for it.

Seoul, with its theme parks, museums, shopping districts of Dongdaemoon and Myeongdong, Faceshop flagship store, Korean ginseng shops and nearby attractions like Mount Sorak, was enjoyable but Jeju has an irresistable charm that begs returning to. There is also a date to keep with the rising sun on Seongsan Ilchubong.

November 2004 Japan visit

In 2004, He released a photo book The Image: Volume 1 during a 4 and 1/2-day tour in Japan to commemorate the 10-th year of Bae Yong-Joon's acting career. After touring Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Phuket, he arrived at Narita Airport nearby Tokyo on November 25, where an estimated 5,000 fans awaited Bae Yong Joon, with some fans having camped out at the airport terminal awaiting his arrival. 350 police officers and 70 anti-riot agents were also on hand to control the crowd. During Bae Yong-Joon's public appearances thousands of fans showed up to greet Bae Yong-Joon, and in some cases mob scenes ensued as they swarmed the car Bae Yong-Joon rode in, which even resulted in one fan suffering an injury which required medical attention from paramedics.

Bae Yong Joon went onto his film debut in PpilKu in 1994. HeBae Yong-Joon later went on to star in dramas like Salut D'Amour and Six Steps to Separation in late 1994 and 1995 respectively.

Bae Yong-Joon 1st garnered critical acclaim after appearing in a supporting role on Sunny Place of the Young, where he played the role of the heir to a cosmetics company and best friend of the leading actor, played by Lee Jong Won. His next acclaimed role was in First Love, where he played the role of Chan-woo, a smart, young man with checkered past, who drops out of law school to join a gang to seek revenge for his family's misfortunes.

After 1999, Bae Yong Joon decided to step away from acting to focus on his education at Sung Kyun Kwan University, where he majored in film studies.

In 2001, Bae Yong-Joon returned to the small screen, appearing in MBC TV series Hotelier. At this time, Bae decided to let his hair grow long, as evidenced from photographs posted in fan sites.

Bae Yong Joon became world-famous as his next dramatic role, Winter Sonata, despite the fact that it was a TV drama and not a movie, razed all of Japan with as much as 20% of the country watching it. This popularity gave both Bae and his co-star Choi Ji-woo a chance to shift their main stage from Korea to Japan. 挑情寶鑑 (Untold Scandal) 預告片

Comical but Sad, I was charmed by the eyes of Bae Yong Joon. They sometimes made me laugh, but sometimes held my heart so tightly. The movie showed us the way of thinking and the beautiful fashion of old Korean people. Strangely the music was western classic, though it matched the movie very well. The original story seems well-known because it was made into several movies already. I haven't seen them yet. But I think this Asian style version is a good work. I don't understand Korean language but the sound of it is very comfortable for ears to hear. So I was charmed through both the scenes of Bae Yong Joon's eyes' action and the voices of the actors and actresses. It is very sad love story. I liked it.

Delicious Scandals, OK, admittedly, I haven't read the book, but I assumed it wasn't all that interesting to begin with, especially after watching the mediocre cruel intentions which is said to be based on the same novel. As for Dangerous Liaison, I haven't seen it, so I can't comment on it. However, watching Untold Scandals changed me. The plot is tight and very well structured, and it also helps that the acting is superb and the props (set design and costumes included) are set to perfection. And the comedy bit everyone is talking about? Well, there aren't that many and they won't get you rolling on the floor laughing, but they are witty enough to get you smiling..........Now if Untold Scandals were food, I'd say it tastes like chocolate.

As brilliant as it can get, This is a fantastic movie, well worth your time. It was fast paced and seldom boring. Much better than the original French version or the English (Dangerous Liaisons) version. Korea was amazingly portrayed. All the props were just gorgeous. Women were beautiful and sensuous. All the scenes (including the few sxe scenes it has) were very tastefully done... Great movie to watch... There seem to be several spin offs for the original French version (don't remember the name)like Cruel intentions and what not. But this is by far the best adaptation of the original. This movie has something for everyone. Drama, Romance, Intrigue, Sxe (no much action though)!!!

Ppilku is a South Korean movie that began production from 1993 or 1994. Ppilku completed filming in 1995. However, it was not only until 1997 before it was finally released into the general public. Ppilku movie has a runtime of 97 minutes. The content of Ppilku movie is loosely based on Salut D'Amour, a KBS drama series filmed in 1994.

Ppilku tells about a group of high school boys who were attracted to a sxy school teacher who was assigned to be the form teacher the class the boys were in. One of the boys, Ppilku, formed relations with the teacher.

　高校陸上選手のピルグ（イ・ミンウ）は、高校の不良グループ6人（その内のひとりをペ・ヨンジュンが演じている）のボス。彼は多くの女子生徒に人気があり、その中でも特にセクシー派のボス、ビション（キム・ギョン）につきまとわれている。

　ある日、この学校に美人の先生、ユ・ユナ（キム・グミョン）が赴任してくる。
男子学生の注目を浴びている美人教師に、不良グループも一目ぼれしてしまう。
中でもそのボス、ピルグがユナになんとか近づこうとする。彼は校内放送でプロポーズの宣言をするなど、あらゆる手を使って自分の気持ちを伝えようとするが、その都度、体育教師に妨害され失敗する。

　ピルグは恋するあまり、間違って彼女を学校内でレイプしてしまう。
彼女の恋敵のビションの陰謀で、このことが周囲に知られることになり、ピルグは責任をとって退学するが、美人教師ユナも職員会議で教師を辞めさせられるはめになる。

　数日後、ユナはビルグを探して海辺の村にやってくる。はたして二人の恋は・・・。

The Image: Volume 1 is a book commemorating the 10th year of Bae Yong Joon's career as an actor. On his tour of Japan between November 25 and November 29, 2004, Bae Yong-Joon officially launched his book.

The Image: Volume 1 book is a collection of photographs, divided into two booklets. Secret Hysteria consists of images of his body, built by months of weight-training and strict diet. The Traveller consists of Bae Yong Joon's travel photos: swimming and cooking at the resort, walking in the streets of Phuket and Ipoh. The collection also includes an exclusive 62-minute DVD about the making of the photo-book and an interview of the actor about the project and his tour to the Southeast Asian countries.
